  1. Service Fulfillment Timeline
    At REI Transfer, we are committed to providing high-quality real estate lead generation services. The delivery of our services is subject to the following timelines:

    Facebook/Instagram Ads: Campaigns will be launched within 24 hours after onboarding is completed. The first lead is guaranteed within 24 hours.
    Google Ads: Campaigns will be launched within 7 days after onboarding. The first lead is expected within 7 days.
    Custom Marketing & Branding Services: Timelines vary based on the scope of work and will be outlined in the service agreement.
    Consulting Services & Strategy Calls: Scheduled within 3-5 business days after booking.
    Please note that these timelines depend on client responsiveness, ad approvals, and technical requirements.

  1. Client Responsibilities

    To ensure the successful delivery of our services, clients are responsible for the following: Providing Accurate Information: Clients must provide correct details regarding their business, target audience, and advertising goals. Ad Account & Billing Setup: Clients must have a functional Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads account with valid billing information. Communication & Approvals: Timely responses to requests for approvals, feedback, or additional information are required to prevent delays. Failure to provide the required information in a timely manner may result in delays, for which REI Transfer is not responsible.

  1. Payment & Subscription Terms
    Agency Services    : A minimum 4-month commitment is required for lead generation services.
    One-Time Fees: Some services, such as custom funnel development and branding packages, may require a one-time setup fee.
    By purchasing a service, you authorize REI Transfer to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.
  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    A. Lead Generation Services
    No refunds are issued once the campaign is live and the first lead has been generated.
    If a campaign is not launched due to technical issues on our end, a full refund may be considered.
    Clients can cancel after the 4-month minimum commitment by submitting a written request at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
    B. Custom Marketing & Consulting Services
    Due to the nature of digital services, all custom marketing, branding, and consulting services are non-refundable.
    If a client is dissatisfied with the service, we will work to resolve concerns through revisions or additional consulting.

  1. Performance Disclaimer
    While REI Transfer guarantees ad campaign setup and lead generation, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates or closed deals. Marketing performance varies based on factors such as market conditions, client sales process, competition, and lead quality.

    We provide industry best practices, data-driven targeting, and optimization strategies to improve lead conversion, but final sales outcomes depend on the client’s ability to engage and close leads effectively.

  1. Modifications to this Policy
    REI Transfer reserves the right to update or modify this Website Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
